The TikTok story is big and could be one of the most important of the year. First, there could be a challenge getting ByteDance to sell the algorithm. That’s what makes the app so valuable. Assuming they get past that, the real story is who the Federal government has lined up to buy. Because TikTok is a persuasion machine (like Twitter & Facebook are/were), and we all know how those platforms have been used by government to press their thumbs on election outcomes. This is a power play. Last time I can recall government doing anything like this was breakup of Ma Bell in 1982, which interestingly enough, was also about communications.
Why has no one demanded the unconditional surrender of Hamas, the unquestionable aggressor and instigator of the war, which would bring an immediate end to all the death and destruction THEY have wrought?
That is unequivocally the most damning question that should be shouted from the rooftops everywhere!!
