Spare me the whining about not having the same college experience due to the pandemic. No doubt WWI and WWII students had equal if not greater stress albeit no social media to feed it. There are no excuses for this sort of disrespectful behavior from which I exclude sincere protesting which is their right but at least understand why they’re doing such rather than be blind lemmings.

Re: The Last Lebanon War

While I wholeheartedly agree with the author that neutralizing Hezbollah is essential for Israel’s current and future security, the fly in the ointment is the Biden administration’s attachment to “all things Iran”, Lebanon being one of them.

Were Israel to proceed with the strategy outlined in the article there is no telling how the Biden administration would react, but probably not well. They’ve been fighting against Israeli victory in Gaza! How much moreso would they try to protect Iran’s more powerful pet in Lebanon (which they already flagrantly aid and abet!).

Israel could “go it alone”, but that scenario is fraught with a lot of “unknowable” reactions, both from the US plus Iran, which could make it all the more difficult and deadly to pursue.

That being said, it is in point of fact, Israel’s only option if it wants to survive.

Otherwise it’s just “lather, rinse and repeat”, constantly fighting the same battles, at greater and greater cost. Add to that, it is only a shorter and shorter matter of time until Iran has its nuclear bomb, and then, all bets are off.

There’s the old saying, “it’s easier to ask forgiveness than permission”.

Israel should, stealthily, just massively and irreparably damage Hezbollah, and then say, “oops”.

Then brace for the US/Iranian reaction.

But, easy for me to say.

“National Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), which put out an organizing call on April 20 urging students and faculty to “join the Popular University” and “seize our universities and force the administration to divest.”

Did anyone notice that 4/20 is Hitler’s birthday…🤮

As a Conservative with solid credentials I support Hamas and the Palestinians. In 1922 the League of Nations and WW1 Allies recognized that the Palestinian territory extended from the Mediterranean Sea to the River Jordan. Conservative principles recognize their right to stand their ground, and use deadly force to defend the same. I failed to see the reason fellow conservatives are supporting the Invading Zionists.

The Bible, along with thousands of years of history, seem to differ with your understanding of Israel’s sovereignty.

Israel is also the sole democracy in the entire Middle East, affording both its Jewish AND Arab citizens a good and prosperous life together, sharing in all the benefits thereof.

The Palestinians, Hamas in particular, is not now, and never has been interested in sharing anything with anybody, and will sacrifice the lives of all their own people in order to fulfill their one and only aim which is the destruction of Israel and the death of every Jew.

On this issue , I must respectfully dissent. There are historical official government documents including notes from WW1 Allies testifying that the aforementioned territory belongs to the Palestinians. Lord Balfour promised the Zionists a small section of Palestine only if they convince Woodrow Wilson to join WW1 on the UKs side. Please note that the Neturei Karta JEWS completely and totally disagree with the Zionists and support the Palestinians. Renown Historian Norman Finkelstein, himself a Jew and the son of a holocaust survivor wrote in his book that the 14th Zionists Congress came to Palestine determined to “disappear the Palestinians by ANY MEANS NECESSARY. Even from a mystic standpoint I refused to believe that God almighty would direct a group of people to live in a certain area and order them to kill its inhabitants. We do severe harm to our cause when we take contradictory nonsensical positions.

“Donald Trump’s Manhattan hush-money case started this week, and it’s a mess—though, with a hostile judge and jury, that doesn’t necessarily mean he’ll get off.”

Therein lies the rub!

All of these trumped up cases against DJT involve a morass of extremely complicated - and bogus - legal issues that have even some of the most learned lawyers and judges and the like, twisting themselves into pretzels to make some semblance of sense, usually all in favor of their desired outcome.

How the hell does anyone expect a jury to be able to disentangle all the finer points of law that have been extraordinarily tortured to bring these cases to court?

I am not the least bit optimistic that they can - or will.

I do not understand the reason conservatives are again allowing the GD socialist Demon Rats to control the narrative . They claim that 6 Causes of Action against President Trump just before the election and in Blue State hellholes are proper. Let me remind you that the Demon Rats have tried every scam in the book to destroy his presidency: the Russia Hoax, the CONvid19 Hoax, , the fake impeachments, the election heist and subsequent coup d’Etat , and now 6 Lawfare Causes of action to prevent his re-election. In most countries this bold gargantuan election interference attempt would cause a deadly civil war.

Because what purports to be “conservatives” in the Republican Party today are nothing of the sort.

They are Dem-lite, just figureheads, doing the bidding of the ruling elites.

True Conservatives have zero representation in this government, or pretty much anywhere else for that matter.

The Rule of Law is dead, and only some twisted and manufactured pretense of Law now exists, called “Rules for thee, but not for me.”

SADLY, You have hit the nail right on its head. Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, and 13 other Senate RINOs prefer a Biden Administration so that they can continue the brain dead war in Ukraine. Unbelievable.

Kinda not likely when the administrations, both Biden’s and the colleges, are on their side.

What’s that phrase they love to chant? Oh yeah~ “No Justice, No peace.”

We sure ain’t gonna get no Justice, for these thugs. The Rule of Law is dead in this country - unless you’re on a particular side, of course. Then you get to do whatever the hell you want.
