It is disheartening to see Israel treated as a vassal state. Since Bibi’s career is over after the war, he should let the IDF do what it needs to and allow the next government to blame it on him. Take the blame, but save the country.

All of the entities and persons who are funding the rioters are materially aiding a terrorist organization and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law

This pretty much captures what the world is ignoring! Thank you

Self hating Jews such as those who are funding the rioters have a legacy that can be traced back to the 80% of the Jewish People who did not leave Egypt and Esau who rejected and sold the legacy of Abraham for a bowl of soup so that he could live a licentious and immoral way of life

It’s interesting that you wrote that as recently I have been trying to gather information on the Jews who did not leave Egypt. No matter how hard I tried I can’t find any research?

Rashi one of the preeminent Torah commentaries quotes a statement from the Midrash to this effect in the commentary to Exodus 13:18 that 4/5 of the Jewish People died in the three day duration of the Plague of Darkness who did not stay in their houses See also Rashi’s commentary to Exodus 10:21-23 for more details on the Plague of Darkness

Another commentator Yonsasan Ben Uzziel a Tanna stated that only the adults were so punished in the Plague of Darkness and that the children of the adults who do perished were escorted out of Egypt by other families

Unbelievable info in today's edition. How can this be sustainable? It's appalling. As per usual, it will bounce off of those incapable or unwilling to see it.

Hi, I’m a regular reader of Tablet and the scroll. I know tensions are high but I need to say something. The first part of this newsletter is ridiculous. I don’t understand why you’ve cited that NY Post story, that paper is a rag and you know it. You’ve mentioned 2 numbers paid to the 3 named fellows over the past 5 & 7 years that would have added up to a total of ~$45K annual salary for each of them. A normal fellowship salary. Assuming the money went only their salaries (I have no idea because you haven’t cited any source). So? Its worth wondering what’s in it for these investors, but is it really proof that they are “sponsoring” the protests? This is interesting background and definitely a story to follow but the take is such a stretch and poorly researched. The analysts perspective is also concerning. Why are you relying on conspiracy theories? Why are you making these claims without citing sources? I support Israel, I don’t support misinformation and exaggeration because I don’t need to. There are mounds of things to be angry about with evidence to back it up. I don’t support these student groups you’re criticizing, who garner support with the same tactics. This is just fear-mongering. It’s a distraction. Well, next time you can save it….. This world is already scary enough.

PS if you can come back to me with a thorough investigation proving these claims I would be interested to read it.
