A very thoughtful article by Tony Badran. With friends like the US under Obama's regime, one does not need enemies.

Is anyone interested in who orchestrated the plea deal for the 9/11 mastermind? This is another case that should have been prosecuted based on the confessions of the defendants and evidence presented . Instead due to undue concern for enhanced interrogation, which one can argue is not torture, we are seeing a massive example of a suspect being freed because of a constable's mistake-and zero consideration for the families of victims of 9/11. I would not be shocked if Obama, Garland , Biden and Harris all realized that such a plea would be beneficially viewed in Dearborn.

They weren’t freed - life in prison vs death penalty: Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the mastermind of the September 11 terror attacks, and two other 9/11 defendants have pled guilty in a bargain that will see them serve life in prison in exchange for avoiding the death penalty.
