Musk does not have influence because he is a billionaire, of which there are many in America, but because he is one of the smartest people on earth.

and he keeps demonstrating it.

Thus far he has won seemingly impossible bets. Unless he stumbles badly, he will continue to have enormous influence.

Just like Kamala Harris would not elect a Jew as her running mate, the Nobel price committee would never elect Donald Trump for any prize no matter how much he deserves it.

But who cares. They have permanently tarnished themselves by having made a mockery of the prize.

No one, least of all Trump, gives one thought to the less than noble, Nobel Peace Prize. Afterall, Obama got it for nothing. Cheap.

I believe Norway has committed to executing the ICC arrest warrant against Bibi. It would be a hoot if he won it.

“… even the screamingly obvious implications of this last election have not been enough to shock the party out of its denialist torpor. Until they wake up, Democrats are doomed to repeat the mistakes of 2024.”

I don’t think they are in denial at all. I believe they know damn well why they lost, but are so dug in on those destructive policies they refuse to give so much as an inch on them, at risk of having to admit they actually are awful, and/or because they genuinely believe they are not awful at all.

When you’ve convinced yourself you’re the smartest person in the room, it becomes near impossible to come down from that lofty perch.

They’re going to need a great big, undeniable push.

What’s with the Democrat party and pretend Presidents?

They’ve had their own for four years and now they want us to have one?

No thanks.

It’s not Elon they’re really worried about. His purchase of Twitter, now X, opened the floodgates for the voices of the people to be heard, loud, strong and resoundingly clear. THAT’S what they hate.

Here’s a quote from a Massachusetts Democrat Representative after their Omnibus Bill attempt failed:

“Can you imagine what the next two years are going to be like if every time that Congress works its will and then there’s a tweet? Or from an individual who has no official portfolio, who threatens members on the Republican side with a primary? And they succumb?” Richard Neal said.

Hah! Just imagine! Having to hear from constituents about “our business up here” in our lofty towers?!

Well, get used to it. It’s a whole new ball game now.

If the Democrats stay to the left with a phony populism and continue to obsess about race gender and climate as well as lie to the American People they will be in the political desert for a long long time

The Democratic Party’s paranoia about Musk is just that. Many presidents have utilized the services of their supporters who were known as “dollar a day men” as advisors or as members of their “kitchen cabinets”

Elon Musk, the world’s richest man and a close adviser to President-elect Donald J. Trump, on Friday endorsed Germany’s far-right party, a group with ties to neo-Nazis whose youth wing has been classified as “confirmed extremist” by German domestic intelligence.

Yes, that's the group Musk endorsed.

AfD became the first far-right party this year to win a regional election in Germany since World War II.
