Excellent podcast on an extremely important topic!
The proliferation of these NGO’s worldwide is astonishing- there are gazillions, all predominantly leaning in one direction: LEFT (well, they’re the ones who get all the mass media coverage anyway).
They should be called “Shapeshifters”, as they morph from one cause to the next instantaneously, complete with flags, placards, talking points and tons of the necessary rabble rousers with their marching orders. It really is quite stunning how they manage to do this at almost a moments notice for whatever the cause du jour calls for!
I would love it if someone would go undercover into one of these organizations and create a documentary or something of just how it all works: how the “word comes down from above”, the ordering the new signs and placards to be created, that will replace yesterday’s cause, how and you whom they get delivered and handed out, how the marching minions are notified as just where to gather, the scripts and chants to be shouted, etc. etc. It would be fascinating to see how it all fleshes out and onto the streets.
These NGO’s are involved in some of the most nefarious activities all around the world (our border crisis, Palestine, LBGT+ groups now operating in every country in the world, etc., all of them not just funded by these dark money groups, hedge funds and foundations, but also on US tap payers money!
This was fascinating. I think some visuals could be helpful to depict the concept of how these NGOs impact institutional policy making (I share that bc I found myself going back a few times to listen again to make sure I kept things straight - not at all a criticism. There's a lot of meat to digest here!). Thank you.
