Gadi Taub is a superb analyst of Israeli politics and his latest column illustrates what has been wrong with some of the higher ups in the IDF brass-too many of whom are more worried about listening to Biden than in winning a war

I hope you're right about Israeli voters. There is an eerie parallel with the American Left's utter obsession with, and hatred of, Donald Trump. He may be a mouthy boob half the time and a severe narcissist all of the time, but he's a better friend to Israel and a better pro-American American than the incompetent, grotesquely DEI-laden Biden. We will undoubtedly have another 9/11 due to our open border, at some point, and the Left will blame the U.S.. Adonai help us all.

He's our national id.

N. does have to go. He can't form any reasonable coalition now and has to rely on fringe parties and personalities. Someone has to replace him as the head of Likud.

I agree with someone on this thread who said that N in Israel is like Trump in the States, “a threat to democracy.” N can lead the war efforts just fine if all the other lunatics on both sides of the spectrum just shut up and snap out of it.

The situation in Israel is tantamount to having a pride of lions and a pack of hyenas living on a small island. There is no way a permanent solution can be established without one or the other leaving the island.

Can it be one eating up the other..?

I would hope there would be a better way, but it certainly seems that will be the outcome unless someone steps in and offers one side a better deal. I would like to see Israel relocate to the western US, there's plenty of room there and they would be safe and able to spend all their intelligent efforts on better things than war machinery.

I’ll say this: the Biden Administration has a near 100% perfect record of accomplishment.

Absolutely EVERY SINGLE THING it has done or even touched upon in its now 3+ short years of existence, has ended in either utter disaster or total destruction, and to a degree and magnitude of historical proportions.

How any country in the world can rationalize aligning themselves with them for any reason, no matter how much money or “support” they offer, or whatever may be at stake, is tantamount to joining them in a suicidal spiral of delusion, insanity, and sheer wickedness.

Thank you for all your analysis. So much Jew hatred within Isreal makes me wonder if Isreal wants to survive. Maybe the death urge runs deep. I hope no one thinks the Arab world wants Israel to survive.

It would be best if you did not write about aviation topics. This article is something other than lazy writing on your part. The 747 engine issue is not a Boeing issue. A 767 losing a wheel is not Boeing's fault. The 767 is an old airplane. Cracked windows happen from time to time.

Unless you are going to enlighten us with your aviation creds, I find your comment quite stupid.

The issue is management culture. After the Max problems Boeing is already a damaged brand-fairly or unfairly-

and plane defects terrify people - picture Airport (no pun intended)
