"Colorado woman named Lucy Grace Nelson" Good one. Have you seen a picture of this guy? Please, it's 2025 and we don't have to pretend for accused felons anymore.

The State Dept provides a list of reasons why a foreign national (that is anyone not a US citizen) can be denied entry to the US. In Section 3 (Security and Related Grounds):

"(B) Terrorist activities-

(i) IN GENERAL.-Any alien who-

(I) has engaged in a terrorist activity,

...

(IV) is a representative (as defined in clause (v)) of--

(aa) a terrorist organization (as defined in clause (vi)); or

(bb) a political, social, or other group that endorses or espouses terrorist activity;

...

(VII) endorses or espouses terrorist activity or persuades others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity or support a terrorist organization"

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/waivers.html

These conditions are applicable to any non-US citizen demonstrating in favor of Hamas, which has long been listed by the US government as a terrorist organization.

They're going to have to show an actual connection, though. I don't have any sympathy for the guy but at the same time, I'd be furious if a lefty admin deported some Canadian conservative green card holder because they say he's a Nazi and "trust me bro."

section VII: "persuades others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity or support a terrorist organization"

Won't be too hard after so many recordings of his speeches endorsing Hamas

“ Seattle Police have not confirmed whether or not the fires were the result of foul play,”

So, what? they all just spontaneously combusted?

Sure.

"In 2020, the Federal Reserve handed out a $500 billion bailout to minimize the damage of the COVID-19 virus. These bailouts—as well as the volatility of energy prices, backlogs of work orders for goods and services caused by supply chain issues due to COVID-19"

Covid didn't do anything of the sort. Government reaction did that. If you don't believe me, go to Miami. Go to Sioux Falls. Go to Stockholm.

"2020, the Federal Reserve handed out a $500 billion bailout to minimize the damage of the COVID-19 virus. "

Not a word here regarding the massive wave of false claims that put millions of those bailout funds into the hands of anonymous crooks.

In the run up to the 2020 election, nearly every single blue state was in the deep red ink, some facing imminent bankruptcy.

After that election, and the subsequent Covid spending spree, all those states suddenly became flush with cash.

It was a Covid miracle!

Trump was not President, Biden was, when the government began its drunken Covid spending spree.

The opening segment, on the desirability of a recession, is a great example of MAGA turd-polishing, in defense of an economically-illiterate policy.

A reason to allow a recession or stock market meltdown, to get interest rates down, is that about $10 trillion in government bonds need to be renewed this year. Saving 1% on the new interest rate would save taxpayers $100 billion+. That's not a rationale Trump would publicize.

The recession actually did happen but they changed the definition of it so they could say it wasn’t happening….

Also re: the deportation of Khalil, they still have to demonstrate that he meets that standard, it's not "trust me bro." FIRE is calling foul on this one, that's good enough for me (for now).

"Recessions are good!" was not on my bingo card, but hey, why not.

Don't forget the astronomical prices we can look forward to with restored manufacturing.
