Witkoff is clearly beholden to Qatar money. Definitely the wrong person for the job.

Witkoff going on the most effective Israel and Jew hater in US, Carlson's pod surprised me. Carlson's pod before Witkoff he dredged up the 55 yr old USS Liberty incident...any angle to attack Israel and anti Jewish conspiracy theories.

Not so fast-Trump makes the final decisions

I am very disappointed in the Donald right now. He is letting Witkoff front forcing a surrender down the throats of Israel and the Jewish people. I think Trump's original ideas were far better and stronger. Witkoff needs to go, and Donald Trump needs to clarify his plans with (not for) Israel. I was encouraged by the thought of the Trump Hotel on the Gaza Riviera. I was even willing to imagine the Trump Gaza Resort, so long as I did not have imagine Trump in a bathing suit. But neither of those will happen as long as Witkoff continues to appease obvious terrorists by pretending they are reasonable people. They are terrorists, and so is the whole of Quatar.

What do any of Witkoff's bright ideas accomplish that surrender to Hamas would not? Is Vance backing Witkoff because they agree on something? If so, what? By the way, one neat way to avoid forever wars is to win as needed.

Interagency chats don’t tell us when Trump gave Bibi the green light to go back on the offensive with what looks like a much more relaxed rules of engagement

The new-ish Israeli Defense Minister is hardly executing “relaxed” rules of engagement! He is focused like a laser on encircling and cutting off Hamas from every angle and their utter demise his singular and determined focus. He is a one-man force to be reckoned with.

It seems Witkoff has two faces. This is surely a plus in dealing with Qatari's multiple personality disorder. Qatari wants to be seen as a peacemaker, while funding the most disgusting displays of anti-Semitism ever seen. I wouldn't say I believe anything that anyone says until the hostages are completely free.

Glad to see Hegseth and Stephen Miller held firm and that ended the discussion. Their position most closely aligns with Trump. Marco Rubio and Mike Walz also will support Trump's hardline position in support of Israel.

Goldberg is a serial liar ...

That is absolutely true. He is the worst kind of hack.

However, the Whitehouse did confirm that he’d “inadvertently” been let in on the chat.

How that happened is the real question, and I’ve zero doubt the President is too thrilled about it, as he himself only learned about it at a press conference from a reporter.

Currently, the UK and US uses the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, a country that funds anti-Western movements and terrorists and spreads anti-Western propaganda via its Al Jazeera network.

To protect the Middle Eastern allies and Europe, wouldn't a US-controlled Gaza be better location for a UK/US/(NATO?) airbase and seaport that avoids passage through the Suez canal and Red Sea strait?
