Just the kind of info I was searching for in trying to grasp the latest in a torrent of perplexing phenomomena to grip the Anglosphere and (what was once) my country. As an American in my sixth decade, supporting Israel (as a friend - not a client) is as natural as supporting the basic tenets of the American creed. I’ve been stunned lately as the normally intelligent voices on the American left I follow are casting anti-zionism as a perfectly rational alternate view.
