Ugh - the question is like a ping-pong match inside one’s head: yes, no, maybe!
But to do so because of “China!”? That’s just silly to conflate the two issues, IMHO.
Aid or no aid, what Israel needs to do is get out from under this current US administration dictats that are beyond obviously not working in the best interests of Israel. Quite the contrary. They are emboldening Israel’s enemies across the board. While I admit to not being well versed in all the ins and outs and twists and turns of the political machinations that go on between our two countries, the more independent Israel is in making its own decisions in its own best interests without the interference of the US would be to their ultimate best interests.
Also, in another vein on aid in general issue, why is Israel being singled out here? Why isn’t this question being asked with regard to the myriad of countries the US is doling out the dough for God knows what reasons? Just The amount of money being tossed into Ukraine is mind boggling and certainly not conducive to encouraging a path toward ending that nightmare.
