Qatar is a criminal, slaveholding, terrorist-sponsoring state, and should be expelled from international recognition and commerce ( I almost said "the international community," but what does that mean anymore?). Ditto for Iran, Sudan, etc.. Treating entities like this as legitimate makes us complicit in slavery and genocide. Real genocide, not the rhetorical, street-demonstration kind.
When all these colleges and universities and organizations are taking all this dough from Qatar it is actual people signing off the deals, closing their eyes -and minds - to the blood stains on all those dollar bills.. Every last one of them should be fired. What despicable people.

I would 1000% listen to a Jacob Siegel/The Scroll version of The Daily. It would be amazing and not nearly as generally infuriating.
