Weren't quotas set-up in elite universities almost 100 years ago because Jews were performing so well intellectually that they were displacing WASPs?

Firstly, I’m so happy that I discovered The Scroll. It has become my favourite newsletter . The Vanishing is terrifying to read. I’m a Montrealer and we have a very strong Jewish community , but even here you see The Vanishing is happening at McGill and Concordia universities. I can’t understand and it infuriates me that Jewish Philanthropies are still bequeathing money to these institutions. Wake up and stop it. We do have one huge advantage here and that is our large Sephardic population. The general Quebecer has not figured out yet that these French speaking people are Jews. It’s my fervent hope that many will get into politics. What is happening in the US is terrifying and so is the silence of your Jewish population . Money talks, pull it out!!
Without denying anything in this really good piece of journalism, there's another factor that must be considered. Jewish Boomers are first- or second-generation children of immigrants. We inherited the drive to succeed from our immigrant parents and grandparents. Today's Jewish grandchildren just don't have that energy or, more importantly, the instinct to succeed that our grandparents had. They don't work as hard in school or in their jobs and they have "regressed to the mean" of American Millennials and GenZers.
The secular Jewish establishment has sold out to the woke worldbiew lock, stock and barrel.
