Park MacDougald is a treasure, always able to connect associations and bring to light what is going on the world and national scene. Lots of folk trying to insert Obama/Biden policies into the current administration, which ran and won on a platform distancing itself from Obama/Biden. Hoping Trump sees the light and distances himself from tucker carlson and his group of Obama/Biden policy loving wonks.

Man oh man, it’s getting harder and harder to keep track of the players these days. So much duplicity, so little time.

And the stakes could not be higher.

God have mercy on us all.

Let me get this straight: President Biden was senile for two years and not a single Democrat broke ranks to state the obvious. Meanwhile, the Trump administration cannot even agree on a single policy position like "Iran bad."

Message discipline, people!

The left truly is EHC.

It’s called obstruction, insubordination and infiltration. The Dem/Left/neocon playbook on steroids.

And some on the Right are falling smack into that trap.

Yep - obviously the Dem party is now led by Lenin's "democratic" centralism.

The DOD and other political infrastructure still teems with key players under Chinese influence. How does one make a department or agency function properly day-to-day when so many current staff and potential new hires won't ever get with the program? They expect to outlive any administration. Trump has tried to balance engagement with isolation, but many others do not.

Drain that swamp. No war with Iran, please. Tulsi nomination paying dividends already...

LOL ... they're already bombing each other. It's a bit like saying no war with hamas, please.

The USA is not bombing Iran, yet. Just bombing its proxies and then rattle of saber. The Clean Break warmongers embedded at the Pentagon are getting smoked out now.

The tone of the article is distasteful. I have always firmly supported Israel, despise Iran, but am also wary of any more regime change wars in the middle east. That caution does not mean that I am "pro Iran".

I first read in Tablet at least a couple of years back of Obama's desire to change the democrat party, influencing its (D) Jews, via changing Iran to the Middle East's main player, away from Israel. The Obama admin deal with Iran seemed to fit into this. Can't help but wonder if Biden's willingness to pay $6 billion to Iran, even though it freed 5 Americans was another phase of this. I never saw him making an attempt to get Hamas to free the Americans they took hostage. I see no benefit in armed conflict with Iran. Use whatever means we have to cut off their financial resources and continue to hold any we still have frozen (might be 0 at this point).

Why not WW3? Sounds like a bit of fun.

Bringing Iran to keel is no WW3. Iran is too small for that - Russia and China would drop it like a hot potato. WW3 is if USA decides to intervene directly in Ukraine.

Spoke about Qatari cash and was dismissed from the Hudson institute, listened to his take on things today about Qatar. https://youtu.be/KaOragnEQf8?si=1Og4doRDUTLcZt0a

And the dismissal from the Hudson, Mike Duran has been pro-turkey and it's sketchy as the letter p in Arabic.
